Trump, who could have went all Trump on Biden, didn’t do so as he (and everyone else) could see that Biden had significant cognitive issues and it would have been like kicking a baby. Why Biden’s handlers ever put him on national TV with anything other than a prepared speech on a teleprompter makes one wonder…
